At Beyond Janitorial, we believe in providing the highest quality nontoxic products combined with an effective low mist spraying process. Our spraying service is available to serve spaces as large as distribution facilities to as small as a single vehicle. Utilizing methods called electrostatic spraying and fogging, our methods allows us to decontaminate and protect spaces from floor to ceiling at a pace exceeding 10,000+ square feet per hour. We avoid the manual process of scrubbing surfaces as it enables us to quickly service a space hands-free. There is no need to wipe down surfaces as our product dries within minutes with no film/residue, it is safe on rugs, carpet and textiles, and it aids in the elimination bacteria, viruses, odor, allergens, mold, etc.

We offer two simple types of treatment :

• Surface Shield Services (up to 30 days protection; Includes Disinfectant + Surface Protectant Spray Services)

  • A preventative dual application process that entails a floor to ceiling non-toxic disinfectant spray as well as a non-toxic antimicrobial (surface protectant) spray with electrostatic sprayers.

  • We typically recommend treatment every 28 days, but depending on a clients need, we provide consultative recommendations that best fit the space.

• General Disinfecting Services (Disinfectant Spray Only)

  • The disinfectant only services utilizes a reactive one part treatment targeted to effectively eliminate bacteria, viruses, etc. in a space that has experience contamination and is in need of an infectious control plan.

  • Typical for residential services and some commercial spaces.

  • Treatment can be quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, or multiple times per week. Based on needs, services are always customized to the space.
